Interactive Children’s Department Remodel
The City of Grand Forks, North Dakota is seeking a qualified CMAR to provide services for the Grand Forks Public Library Project. The Project generally includes reconfiguration of space, carpet replacement, power and data upgrades, and new interactive furnishings for the children’s department on the upper level of the Grand Forks Public Library. The intent is to create an interactive space that serves as a playground for curious minds.
The CMAR will work with the Library and JLG Architects beginning immediately after selection and until completion of the project in the summer of 2022. Services to include but are not limited to: Estimating services, Construction feasibility recommendations, Construction project delivery, Procurement, and supervision of all sub-contractors, coordinate all work packages and subcontractors / suppliers, establish, monitor, and enforce the construction schedules, prepare project construction reports, minutes, and schedules, and develop and implement quality assurance plan, safety & cost control program.
Contract terms will be based on AIA Document A133 2017, Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager, complete with North Dakota Attorney General Amendments.
CMAR Qualification submittals are due October 14, 2022 no later than 12:00 pm central time at the office of: Grand Forks Public Library, Attn: Wendy Wendt, 2110 Library Circle, Grand Forks, ND 58201.
The detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Basis of Design information for the Project are available for download electronically on the Grand Forks Public Library website (gflibrary.com). All RFQ submittals should be prepared and submitted per the detailed project information and submittal instructions.
