2. How can I see titles that are available for check out right now?

To display all of the titles that are available for check out right now, click on 'Advanced Search' and scroll down the page to the 'Show Me' section then click the 'Available Now' box. You can also further narrow your search, by Subject or Format, for example.

3. Is there a mobile version of the Library2Go website?

Yes. The mobile version should display automatically when you access http://NDlibrary2go.lib.overdrive.com on your mobile device.

4. What software do I need to use the titles at this site?

The software you need depends on the format you want to download.

5. Can I return items early?

Librarians at the Reference Desk can return any Library2Go item you have checked out, just call 701 772-8116 ext. 12.

6. Can I renew the items I have checked out?

Library2Go items can be renewed once if there are no existing holds on the item. Sign in to Library2Go and click on 'Account'. Select the 'Renew' icon next to the title you'd like to renew (This option does not appear until three days before the title is supposed to expire.).

7. What happens when I place a title on hold?

A title you place on hold will be reserved for you to check out once it becomes available. When the title is available for you, we will email you instructions on checking the item out. The item will be held for you for 3 days after we email you notice that the title is available.

8. How many items can I place on hold at the same time?

You can place up to 5 titles on hold at a time.

9. How do I cancel a hold?

1.Login to your account.
The 'My eAccount' page is displayed.
2.Click the 'My Waiting List' link.
The titles that you have currently placed on hold are displayed.
3.Click a title's 'Remove' link to cancel the hold.

10. How do I change the email address that I entered when I placed a hold?

1.Login to your account.
The 'My eAccount' page is displayed.
2.Click the 'My Waiting List' link.
The titles that you have currently placed on hold are displayed.
3.Click a title's 'Edit' link.
You are prompted to edit holds information.
4.Enter the new email address in the 'Email address' and 'Confirm Email address' fields.
5.Click 'Submit'.
The email address for the selected title is updated.

11. I was issued a new library card number and I don't see my checkouts/holds? What should I do?

To transfer your existing checkouts and holds to your new account, please contact support with your new library card number, your previous library card number, and your email address.

12. How many titles can I check out at a time?

A total of five titles may be checked out at a time from our Library2Go downloadable service. This includes any downloadable audiobooks or video as well.

13. What is the check out period for eBooks?

When you check out eBook titles you will have the choice of 14 or 21 days.

14. How do I find out if my reader is compatible with Library2Go?

Please visit http://www.overdrive.com/resources/drc/ to find out if your device is compatible.
